Mrs. Rogers is a wife (married to Chuck) and mother of three girls. She grew up in Anaheim, and attended Zion Lutheran Church and School and Orange Lutheran High School. Mrs. Rogers has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Chapman University. She has worked with the Orange County Superior Court Juvenile Division since 2005. Her greatest reward in this vocation is being a part of something designed to help children and families be at their best.  Mr. Rogers is honored to be a part of the Red Hill Lutheran Church and School community, and previously served as Secretary for the Board of Directors.  

Mrs. Wiksell has been a member of Red Hill for over 40 years. Both of her daughters attended Red Hill Lutheran School as have all four of her grandchildren. Mrs. Wiksell previously served several terms as the Board of Directors Secretary, and has also served on the Youth Board, Altar Guild, as a Stephen’s Minister and as a wedding coordinator for RHLC, where both of her daughters were married. Mrs. Wiksell has been married to Ron for 49 years and works in his law office.

Mr. Clement, his wife Terri and their two children, Nick and Erin have been members of Red Hill since 2000. As Treasurer, Mr. Clement is responsible for keeping accurate records of receipts and disbursements. Mr. Clement is a  graduate of  Long Beach State University.

Mrs. Anderson and her family  have been members of Red Hill since 1977, and both children attended Red Hill Lutheran School during their elementary years. During four of those years, Mrs. Anderson served on the School Board. She has been a member of the Women’s Circle Bible studies and most recently, has served on the Women’s Council. She presently serves as an usher. Before retiring in 2017, Mrs. Anderson was a Resource Teacher for Tustin Unified for 23 years.

Mr. Records is a resident of North Tustin and started attending Red Hill Lutheran Church in 2008. He attends the 8:00 am Classical Worship service on Sundays, and is a regular attendee of the Wednesday morning Bible Study. Mr. Records was confirmed at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Downey. He and his wife, Louise, have one adult daughter. Their first grandson was baptized at Red Hill in May, 2019.

In 2021 Mr. Heneghan and his wife Cindy began attending Red Hill regularly and officially became parishioners soon after. They have three grown children, two girls and one boy, and a granddaughter on the way. Mr. Heneghan is an usher and has been active in DiscipleU, bible study, prayer groups, Baja Ministries home building, and other Christian outreach programs.  A graduate of UCLA, he has lived in the Tustin area for many years, serving as a helicopter pilot in the Marine Corps at MCAS Tustin from 1990 until its closure in 1996.  Mr. Heneghan has been a medical equipment sales manager for nearly 30 years and active in many local programs

Mrs. Drumm is a mother of four children who all currently attend RHLS, and is an active member of the church and school community. She has served on the Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF)  bringing her passion for community and organization to life. Professionally, Mrs. Drumm is a seasoned real estate broker with 18 years of experience, working alongside her husband, Kevin. Together, they are committed to serving families in the local community while raising their own with strong values rooted in faith, service, and connection.
